The sights and beach was Totally beautiful. The walk for the beach is what I loved the most. The house by itself isn't in good shape. It can be old and very outdated. The home furnishings was not comfortable in any way rather than good with small kids due to the very pointy edges, the mattresses need to generally be thrown out and new types brought in. You could possibly feel the springs when laying on them. I did love you had two king beds that was nice.

I did love you had 2 king beds that was nice. The coffee table was broken, 2 with the three plastic chairs outside were broken. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make an enormous improvement to your deck. The house has so much potential it is sad to find out it getting run down. I Certainly loved the area, however, if improvements are not made would not rent house again. Certainly advise browsing Port St Joe when you have not !!
